Myja Gary is an award-winning host, speaker, pageant coach, and model who advocates for women's leadership and young Black voices. She is the founder of Fearless Pageant Consulting, a full-service coaching program that offers tailored strategies and techniques designed to help women conquer their fears, activate their best talents, and feel confident on the pageant stage and beyond.

A pageant veteran and model of women’s empowerment, Myja is a former Miss North Carolina A&T State University, Miss Black Virginia, and Miss Black USA. Through her state and national platforms and beyond, she advocates for women’s leadership through mentorship, career readiness, and community-building programs to help build the next generation of women leaders.​
