3 Things You Should Do When Manifesting

The Winter solstice, that took place Monday, December 21. 2020, happens twice yearly, once in each hemisphere, and is the day with the shortest period of daylight and longest night of the year when the Sun is at its lowest daily maximum elevation in the sky. This year’s winter solstice was extra special because Jupiter and Saturn were said to be at their closest distance in nearly 400 years. When the two biggest planets appear to meet, the event is called the “great conjunction.”

Now I’m not big into horoscopes, but many people believed that it was a powerful moment in time and encouraged others to manifest their dreams and desires leading up to and on that day. As a woman of strong faith, I believe in the power of manifestation, not just on that day, but every day. Whether you are a believer in horoscopes, religion, faith, and/or spirituality, etc. manifesting your goals, dreams and desires is so important in order to make them a reality and see them come to fruition.

As you reflect on all the things you desire and all those goals you want to accomplish in your life, here are 3 things you should do when manifesting:

1. Write it down and make it plain. When you are manifesting your goals and desires, be sure to write them down and be specific about what you want. Writing down your goals and desires allows you to see them in real time and when they come to fruition, you can go back and reference when you wrote them down and reflect on how far you’ve come. Be specific about what you want. When you are specific with your goals, you are eliminating any vagueness or confusion and you are able to measure your progress. In addition, specific goals are much more motivating than vague goals.

2. Believe and let it go. Once you’ve written down your goals and desires and you made them plain, pray and meditate over them and then let it go. Believe and let it go. The power that comes from manifestation is believing, trusting, and having faith that what you asked for will come to past. It doesn’t help to worry, be anxious, or think about what you wrote down all the time. It is good practice to revisit and reflect to measure your progress and encourage yourself, however once you’ve written it down, it’s time to do the work and believe that it’s going to happen.

3. Be prepared. You’ve written down your goals and desires. You’ve prayed and meditated over them and you are trusting and believing that God will make it happen. Now, you have to get ready, get prepared for the journey. Often times, we manifest and pray for things, but we don’t anticipate what it’s actually going to take for us to get there. Ask God to prepare you for what you asked for. Pray for guidance, knowledge and wisdom to properly handle what he is going to bless you with. Maintain your trust, faith and belief that no matter what you go through, your manifestations will come to past.
